Fragmentation grenade that explodes shortly after the pin is pulled. The fragmentation grenade is a powerful tool for attacking operators as it gives them options to keep defenders on their toes. Breaching a barricade from a safe distance or pick off a two for one as a defender runs to the aid of his DBNO teammate.
Usage
Frag grenades are triggered with your secondary gadget button / key being pressed down. Once triggered, your operator will pull the pin on the grenade while still holding it within your hand. You have approximately four seconds to release the button / key before it will explode, taking your arm off with it.
Notes
- The timer on the pin may be random to represent the realistic variance between hand grenades. Generally its never less than three seconds.
